Payment/Billing

At this time, Quantum Women’s Health does not accept any commercial insurance. In order to provide the level of care that helps women heal, we have intentionally chosen to remain out-of-network with insurance companies. You may contact our office at any time for a current fee schedule, and payment for services rendered is due at the end of the appointment. If you wish to claim reimbursement for our services as an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with an itemized receipt that you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the out-of-network benefits offered by your insurance carrier prior to filing for reimbursement.   • Email communication with the office
  • Text communication with the office via our website
  • Personalized interpretation and treatment plan for all results by Jill – Pap smears, hormones, cultures, blood, imaging, mammograms, MRIs, genetic testing
  • Reviewing and interpreting all cancer prevention testing
  • Reviewing outside medical records
  • Collaborating, coordinating, and creating your medical team – with urogynecologists, breast surgeons, genetic counselors, infertility specialists, mental health specialists, physical therapists, primary care physicians, acupuncturists, compounding concierge pharmacists, oncologists
  • Creating a personalized plan of bioidentical hormones, supplements
  • Direct access to your provider instead of having to google your symptoms
  • Same-day emergency appointments with Jill
  • Processing prescription requests at the time of your appointment
  • Formulation of bio-identical hormones with compounding pharmacies
  • Same provider for each appointment to ensure continuity of care
  • Telephone consultation and coordination of your care with other treating physicians and providers
  • Providing you with superbills for direct insurance billing, as well as providing laboratories and ultrasound with your medical insurance to assist with reimbursement for ancillary services
  • Convenient telehealth appointments available
  • Daily deep medical sterilization of all equipment to maintain our facility in accordance with safety standards for protection against COVID-19 and other pathogens as required by the CDC.
