At this time, Quantum Women’s Health does not accept any commercial insurance. In order to provide the level of care that helps women heal, we have intentionally chosen to remain out-of-network with insurance companies. You may contact our office at any time for a current fee schedule, and payment for services rendered is due at the end of the appointment. If you wish to claim reimbursement for our services as an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with an itemized receipt that you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the out-of-network benefits offered by your insurance carrier prior to filing for reimbursement. - Easy access to your provider in between appointments for urgent questions or concerns
- Email communication with the office and easy access online scheduling
- Personalized interpretation and treatment plan for all results by your provider – Pap smears, hormones, cultures, blood, imaging, mammograms, MRIs, and genetic testing
- Reviewing and interpreting all cancer prevention testing
- Requesting and time spent reviewing your outside medical records in order to formulate the best plan of care for you
- Collaborating, coordinating, and creating your medical team – with urogynecologists, breast surgeons, genetic counselors, infertility specialists, mental health specialists, physical therapists, primary care physicians, acupuncturists, compounding concierge pharmacists, and oncologists
- Creating a personalized plan for you of bioidentical hormones, supplements, and additional treatments
- Direct access to your provider instead of having to google your symptoms
- Processing prescription requests at the time of your appointment
- Formulation of bio-identical hormones with compounding pharmacies
- Telephone consultation and coordination of your care with other treating physicians and providers
- Providing you with superbills for direct insurance billing, as well as providing laboratories and ultrasound with your medical insurance to assist with reimbursement for ancillary services
- Convenient telehealth appointments available
- Daily deep medical sterilization of all equipment to maintain our facility in accordance with safety standards for protection against COVID-19 and other pathogens as required by the CDC.
